DIGITAL DENTISTY - no more "unpleasant taste and gagging"

We are proud to offer our patients a revolutionary new computerized Digital Impression System.  Designed to replace the unpleasant taste and gagging associated with traditional impression taking, this new technology eliminates impression procedures and is far superior to conventional methods.  This translates into a more comfortable process and restorations that look and feel more like natural teeth than ever before.

With a precise starting point, we are able to create digitally accurate restorations.  Once patients experience the benefits that our office offers we are certain they are impressed, and leave with a great dental experience.

If you are one of the many individuals who is discouraged by the look of your smile and/or frustrated, we are the dental specialist you must see. Our dental team is dedicated to delivering the best quality dental restorations and care to each patient.  We will often develop several treatment options to replace lost teeth.  Whether you need to replace one tooth or all, we will guide you through each step of your dental treatment, from the initial consultation through the follow-up care.

We invite you to visit our facility or to contact us should you have any questions or concerns regarding your oral health.

What is a Prosthodontist?

Whether you are a new patient or an existing patient, you may still be unsure of what a Prosthodontist actually is. We hope our website helps you to fully appreciate the value of treatment provided by Dr. Barnhard and Dr. Varghese, your Board Certified Prosthodontists and Dr. Andrew I. Brafman, your Prosthodontist.

Prosthodontists are experts when it comes to the restoration and replacement of teeth. Years of specialized training and education give Prosthodontists the knowledge and skills to provide excellent crowns, bridges, dentures, partial
dentures, dental implant restorations and other restorative procedures. Their rigorous training and experience result in a unique understanding of the dynamics of a smile, the preservation of a healthy mouth, and the creation of life-like tooth replacements.

Did you know that some dentists perform reconstructive dentistry after just a weekend course about a procedure? Specialists in Prosthodontics receive an additional four years of intense, formal, University training beyond regular dental school and Board Certified Prosthodontists have passed a series of oral, written and clinical examinations that are repeated every 8 years.
Only 700 of the 2600 eligible Prosthodontists are certified as Diplomates of the American Board of Prosthodontics. For more information about Prosthodontics, please visit
